THURSDAY
9.30am Spinning (45 mins)
5.45pm Legs, Bums and Tum's (30 mins)
6.20pm Upper Body Blast (30 mins)

FRIDAY
5.30pm Spinning (45 mins)
6.20pm PHA (30 minutes)

SATURDAY
10.00am Body Sculpt (45mins)
11.00am Family Spinning (45 mins)

FITNESS CLASS DESCRIPTIONS
Wondering which classes are right for you? Full class details below all held in the ground floor exercise lounge in the Parklands Health & Fitness Club at Ringwood Hall Hotel in Chesterfield, Derbyshire. Please reserve your place if you wish to attend a class by calling the Parklands team on 01246 284750.

BOX FIT
This class is a high impact all over body workout, great for toning up the upper body and also is a good cardio trainer, a brilliant and fun way to improve stamina, strength and co-ordination.

SPINNING
Spinning classes can be a great way to involve yourself in a vigourous workout, burning calories and keeping your muscles in shape. A class designed for everyone at any fitness level.

HITT CIRCUIT
High Intense Interval training. Short aerobic exercises, working all the body. A circuit style, the class incorporates enduring and powerful exercises to help improve your definition and shape.

AB ATTACK
This is an intense class working predominatly on your abdominals. It focuses on toning and developing your abdominals and lower back.

ZUMBA
Fancy a jiggle? Zumba is the perfect way to exercise to music. The class involves undertaking a variety of different techniques to work on both strength and cardiovascular fitness.

INDOOR CYCLE SPRINTS
A class which involves everybody, indoor cycle sprints is ideal for losing fat and improving your shape. Non-stop cardiovascular activity for 45 minutes.

LBTs
Legs, Bums & Tums is a light hearted class which will tone and shape the targeted areas, as well as increasing stamina and cardiovascular fitness over all.

UPPER BODY BLAST
This is a strength based class, you will work on conditioning, strengthening and toning some of the biggest muscle groups. All levels of participation welcome.

PHA
A class to get your heart pumping, followed by numerous exercises (all muscle types) to help improve the shape and balance of your body.

STRETCH & RELAX
A gentle class to stretch & lift the body. This class is great for beginners and also for people wanting to mix up their training.

BODY SCULPT
This class is a mixture of aerobic exercise with weights. It is aimed so anyone can do it. Outcomes are that it will improve your posture, reduce body fat, and increase muscle tone and definition.
