Class Descriptions

Here are the full descriptions of the classes, for members to enjoy and held in the ground floor exercise lounge in the Health & Fitness Club at Ringwood Hall Hotel. Please reserve your place if you wish to attend a class.

The former ground floor gymnasium has been revamped to hold the following class programme.

ABS BLAST - This is an intense class working predominantly on your abdominals, it focuses on toning and developing your abdominals and lower back.

BODY CONDITIONING (Fat busting & toning). - Here we go, not only are we going to burn a few calories, but also tighten up those bits that move when you don`t want them to, by using your own body weight as a resistance. 

BOX MANIA - This class is a high impact all over body workout, great for toning up the upper body and also is a good cardio trainer, a brilliant and fun way to improve stamina, strength and co-ordination.

SPINNING - Spinning classes can be a great way to involve yourself in a vigourous workout, burning calories and keeping your muscles in shape. A class designed for everyone at any fitness level.

STRETCH & TONE - This class is a mixture of Tai Chi, Yoga & Pilates. So it is designed to get the best of everything. It will help improve posture, flexibility and overall bodytone. It is also for the body and mind, a class to help wind down before the weekend.

STUDIO PUMP - This class is a mixture of aerobic exercise with weights. It is aimed so anyone can do it. Outcomes are that it will improve your posture, reduce body fat, and increase muscle tone and definition.
