• Roast tomato & garlic soup with crusty bread roll & butter
• Roast pork loin, sauteed mushrooms in white wine & cream sauce, carrots & petite pois, roasted potatoes
• Sun dried tomato & brie tart
• Chocolate fudge cake served warm with whipped cream

Private Dining Menu - £22.50 per head

• Spice prawn & apple salad, brown bread and butter
• Roast topside of beef with homemade Yorkshire pudding & roast gravy. Roasted & new potatoes, cauliflower cheese & roast carrots
• Mushroom wellington with puff pastry & a dill butter sauce
• Warm apple pie with vanilla custard

Private Dining Menu - £24.50 per head

• Wild boar pate with roast apple cider chutney & brown toast
• Grilled chicken supreme marinated with thyme & garlic, buttered aspargus & lemon sauce.
• Parsnips & nut roast
• Blueberry pie and clotted cream

• Roast chicken and pork terrine, red onion jam & French bread
• Beef tenderloin with game pate, roasted shallots & sauteed wild mushrooms red wine jus, sauted spinach potatoes, roasted root vegetables.
• Wild mushroom & leek tart with cream chive sauce
• Toffee apple cheesecake with vanilla cream

Private Dining Menu - £32.50 per head

• Caramelized apple, pancetta & baked goats cheese salad on baby gem with a warm chive oil.
• Roast duck breast, fig & juniper jam & champagne coulis, potato fondant braised red cabbage, French beans & roasted carrots.
• Four cheese ravioli with tomato & basil sauce
• White peach & creme fraich mousse, lemon & ginger biscuit

Private Dining Menu - £35.50 per head

• Smoked chicken, tomato & buffalo mozzarella crostini dressed with fresh basil & coriander vinegarrette
• Braised gigot of lamb with tomatoes, mushrooms & white wine served on creamed garlic & rosemary potatoes. Creamed leeks, carrots and broccoli.
• Baked tomatoes with lemon and asparagus risotto.
• Dark chocolate & brandy torte with mint chocolate shard, fresh fruits & fruit coulis.
