Christmas Eve Candlelit Dinner

Roasted chestnuts and bucks fizz welcome you as your Christmas celebrations begin.

The gentle sounds of our pianist playing throughout the evening. Amazing table magic and candlelit Christmas carols performed by ‘Peak Performance’. 

Arrival at 7.15pm , Dinner at 7.45pm prompt, Bar available until 11.00pm giving ample time for those wishing to attend midnight mass

Starter 
Roast parsnip soup, parsnip crisps 
Pressed ham hock and leek terrine honey and mustard dressing with tart piccalilli and toasted bread (gf available )
Hot shortcrust butternut squash, red onion blue cheese tart dressed crisp leaf (v)

Main
Pan fried haddock fillet sauteed potatoes, buttered kale finished with a lemon butter sauce (gf)
Braised pork belly sat on a bed of cream leek potato dauphinoise and cider gravy (gf)
Roast vegetable wellington with wild mushroom sauce (v)
Roast butternut squash risotto drizzled with a salted sage butter (v)

Dessert
Warm pecan tart dark butterscotch sauce (gf)
Winter berry cheesecake fresh whipped cream 

Cheese Plate 
Selection of cheese and biscuits with celery, grapes & homemade chutney
