Terms and conditions

Throughout December

Please read the following carefully before making your bookings.

  •  Call to check availability and make a provisional booking which can be held for a period of 14 days. Any bookings made from 1st November onwards can only be provisionally held for 48 hours.
  •  A booking cannot be guaranteed unless a deposit has been paid within 14 days of booking (or 48 hours if after the 1st November). Any bookings made after the 12th November will require payment in full upon booking.
  •  Our confirmations will confirm to you times and details of the event and where relevant, enclose pre-order forms. Pre-order forms should be completed with and food/drink requirements and returned to the hotel. We encourage that you keep a copy of your pre-order and bring it with you on the day.
  •  Final balances are due no later than 12th November 2019 (non-refundable and non-transferable)
  •  Once confirmed any alterations to your booking must be confirmed in writing.
  •  Under no circumstances are deposits refundable or transferable.
  • Cancellations after final payment will only be considered if given 72 hours prior notice. In all circumstances the initial deposit will still be retained and only the remaining balance considered for possible refund.
  •  Any requests for refunds to be made in writing addresses to the General Manager.
  •  Any cancellations made by you as the customer, as a direct result to extreme weather conditions will unfortunately, result in no refund.
  •  The management reserves the right to move and amalgamate parties to optimise bookings without prior notice.
  •  The management reserves the right in unusual circumstances to rearrange or cancel events. If an alternative date cannot be agreed then a full refund will be refunded.
  •  The hotel accepts no responsibility for any loss or damage to vehicles/personal property or clothing for guests attending an event.
  •  The management reserves the right to refuse guests whose behaviour is considered as inappropriate.
  •  Any alcohol consumed on our premises which is not purchased over our bars will be confiscated and discarded and clients responsible may also be asked to leave the premises.
  •  We strongly advise that you pre-book taxis
  •  All disco events are strictly over 18’s only
  •  Food Allergens and Intolerance's – Further information regarding the ingredients in our meals is available should any guests in your party have food allergens or intolerance's
