Tastefully refurbished and well equipped, the opening hours are:-

Monday to Friday - 7.00am to 10pm, 
Saturday & Sunday - 8.00am to 8.00pm.

Please note The gym is sited in the former archives building in the splendid grounds at Ringwood Hall Hotel. While there are no changing rooms or shower facilities, there are lockers are available with toilet facilities in an adjacent building.

For our corporate guests staying with us, the use of the gym is included in their tariffs, an access code can be secured from our reception team.
