An exciting full time opportunity has arisen to join the kitchen team at Ringwood Hall Hotel.
We are looking for a Sous Chef to join our busy team which includes a high level of banqueting. The banqueting facilities also include catering in a separate Marquee away from the main hotel.
An ideal candidate would have held a similar position in the past with hotel, banqueting & restaurant experience. Main responsibilities include banqueting with overseeing the restaurant when needs be, to take on the Head Chef role in his absence, stock take, rotas, costings and general running of the kitchen.
